Situated in the vibrant Miami Florida area, The Confidante is a boutique hotel that offers a stunning beachfront view and embodies the lively Miami flair with its vibrant blue and pink theme. Our team was tasked with transforming the guest rooms into versatile meeting spaces, resulting in 11 converted rooms and a spacious ballroom that can be divided into separate functions or used as a standalone venue. These rooms underwent extensive renovations to ensure a comprehensive design while maintaining user-friendly functionalities. Each room is equipped with top-of-the-line features, including a 98-inch Infocus screen, an AMX controller, ceiling speakers, a wall-mounted touch screen, and a Barco wireless presentation system.
The Miranda ballrooms were also upgraded with 2 touch screens, 2 laser projectors with a recessed scissors lift, 2 Screen Innovations recessed electric screens, recessed 12-inch JBLPRO speakers, and multi-wall input plates for outside vendor connections. Through meticulous programming, these rooms can seamlessly function as a single room or be divided into two separate spaces, providing the Confidante hotel with increased utilization options.
